Jenise La Vonne Walters is an award winning gospel singer/songwriter who uses the mediums of music and literature to illuminate the awareness of Jesus Christ. Jenise’s passion lies in utilizing the power of social media to shine the light of Christ into the lives of her audience, particularly within young women.
Jenise is most well-known as a powerhouse vocalist, but is increasingly venturing into the areas of teaching. An independent gospel artist herself, she is an advocate and an enthusiast in the space of indie gospel music, using her expertise, and experience to guide the next generation of gospel music makers.
Her longtime goals are to provide artist development services to growing indie gospel artists and to develop a mentorship program for young women, reinstituting the position of the everyday role model.
